What is included in the free Apprentice tier? ▾
The Apprentice (free) tier includes the first two Lexicon chapters with audio, 100 words from the Eloquence Arsenal, the weekly Speech of the Week from The Canon, three Concept Analyses per month from the Intelligence Vault, Daily and Evening Reflection, and basic Practice Arena modes. It's designed to give you a genuine taste of the Cretiq experience.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Cretiq → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Cretiq → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. For Apple, visit

Is Cretiq available offline? ▾
Many Cretiq features are available offline, including previously downloaded lessons, audio content, and practice modes that don't require AI. AI-powered features (Sovereign Council, Situation Room, Argument Forge, Verbal Combat) require an internet connection. We are working to expand offline capabilities in future updates.
How do I delete my account and data? ▾
You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Alternatively, email

What data does Cretiq collect? ▾
We collect account information (name, email), usage and progress data, device information, and crash/analytics data to improve the app. We do not collect audio recordings of your voice or sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our

Is Cretiq suitable for non-native English speakers? ▾
Yes. Cretiq is designed for anyone who wants to elevate their English communication skills, whether English is your first language or not. Many of our users are non-native speakers who use Cretiq to develop professional-level vocabulary, reduce accent-related barriers, and communicate with greater precision and authority.
How long does the 365-Day Articulation Command take each day? ▾
The 365-Day Articulation Command is designed for approximately 10 minutes per day. Sessions are structured to fit into your morning routine, commute, or any brief window in your day. Audio-guided sessions mean you can practice hands-free while walking, driving, or exercising.
What is the Sovereign Council? ▾
The Sovereign Council is an AI-powered advisory panel within the Practice Arena. Each advisor embodies a different strategic archetype — the Strategist, the Negotiator, the Philosopher, the Commander, and others. You present your real challenges and decisions, and the Council provides multi-perspective analysis, strategic options, and rhetorical frameworks to help you navigate them with greater clarity and confidence.
